Months ago I had a feeling it'll get to this, and now Advertising is indeed twice as many people as Community.
The advertising department is replaceable.
Without the last 5 people on the Community team, the rest of the company wouldn't know what to do with the member base in day to day engagements.
They all keep things afloat in their respective roles, but this distribution of staff tells an unfortunate tale. The one person with business intelligence is worth a chuckle though.
